 Lake House offers luxury accommodation for 4 guests in a spectacular lakeside setting on the slopes of Maungatapere Mountain just 2 hours drive north of Auckland. This newly built lodge is furnished with English and European antiques and paintings, a magnificent 17th century tapestry and beautiful porcelain and glass. Meals are served in the dining room at the 18th century dining table laid with Georgian silver, Spode china and fine period glassware and linen. One of the rooms is specially equipped to also be suitable for disabled guests.
